Combined EGR + AdBlue + DPF delete is the deepest emissions tune available. It's the right choice for some off-road / export use cases — and the wrong one for almost everything else.
Who actually needs this
Export buyers selling into markets without urea / DPF legislation, motorsport prep, agricultural and plant equipment, and off-road / track-day vehicles.
What's involved
EGR valve blanked or removed, DPF emptied or replaced with straight-pipe, AdBlue dosing module/heater disabled, NOx sensors removed, full ECU remap to suppress every related fault and adjust fuelling, MAF and EGT strategies.
Why it's not road-legal
Visible tailpipe modification, raised NOx/PM emissions, immediate MOT failure, and DVSA roadside risk. We will not carry out combined delete on a road-registered UK vehicle.
Time & cost
Typically 4–6 hours mobile, £600–£1,200 depending on platform. We document everything for export paperwork.
