What's the difference between Master and Slave?+
A Master licence lets you read, edit and write tuning files yourself. A Slave licence is cheaper and only writes files supplied by a Master tuner — ideal for workshops that outsource map files.
Is the Flex hardware required for every activation?+
Yes — every software activation runs on the genuine Flex device. The £1,099 hardware is a one-off; software licences are added on top once for permanent use of those protocols.
Are these genuine Magic Motorsport activations?+
Yes — 100% genuine hardware and official software activations. Serial numbers are registered to the end user via Magic Motorsport's system.
Why GBP if Magic Motorsport lists in EUR?+
We price in GBP to remove FX surprise and to absorb the dealer/admin steps so you don't pay them. The formal quote confirms the final figure before any payment.
How does the reservation deposit work?+
A £100 refundable deposit holds your place in the next dealer batch. It's deducted from the final invoice — or refunded in full if you change your mind before dispatch.
What is included in the free 1-month support package?+
Phone support, TeamViewer setup help and tuning workflow tips for selected functions. Stage 1 / Stage 2 tuning files are not included.
