StageMyCar UK provides mobile auto locksmith services, ECU remapping, diesel emissions software solutions (DPF / EGR / AdBlue), mobile mechanic services, vehicle diagnostics and auto electrical diagnosis across West London, Heathrow, the M4 corridor and surrounding counties.

All quotes are based on the vehicle make, model, year, location, security system, key type, ECU type and complexity of the work described by the customer. Displayed prices are guide prices only and start from the amount shown. A final fixed price is confirmed before any work begins.

A minimum service charge of £180 applies to attended jobs.

Payment is due in full on completion of the work via debit/credit card, cash or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposit-secured bookings are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched (see Cancellation Policy).

For any key replacement, programming or unlock job, the customer must provide proof of vehicle ownership (V5C logbook or equivalent) and valid photo ID before work begins. We reserve the right to refuse service where ownership cannot be established.

We use industry-standard non-destructive entry tools wherever possible. In rare cases (e.g. severely damaged locks, deadlocked vehicles, certain armoured variants) destructive entry may be the only practical option and will only be carried out with the customer's explicit, recorded consent. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to locks, barrels or trim panels.

Key programming is performed using manufacturer-grade equipment. While failures are rare, certain vehicles, aftermarket keys or pre-existing ECU faults can prevent successful programming. Where programming cannot be completed due to a hardware fault outside our control, only diagnostic time is chargeable.

ECU remapping may affect manufacturer warranties. Performance gains vary between vehicles based on hardware condition, fuel quality and supporting modifications. DPF, EGR and AdBlue software modifications are supplied strictly for off-road / motorsport / export use only, where legally permitted. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring legal compliance with road traffic, emissions and type-approval law in their jurisdiction.

Auto locksmith parts and programming work carry a 12-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. ECU remap files carry a lifetime software warranty — we will rewrite or revert your map free of charge for the life of the vehicle under our ownership records. Warranty excludes damage caused by subsequent dealer reflashes, accident damage, unrelated mechanical failure or third-party modifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageMyCar UK's liability for any single job is limited to the value of that job. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses (including loss of use, hire-car costs or loss of business). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

See our full Cancellation Policy. Briefly: cancellations before a technician is dispatched are free of charge; after dispatch, up to 50% of the quoted price (emergency unlock) or up to £100 (other services) may be payable.

The customer must provide accurate vehicle information, safe access to the vehicle at the agreed location, valid proof of ownership and ID, and be available to authorise the work at the agreed time. Charges may apply if these conditions are not met on arrival.
