Emergency Vehicle Unlocking
Where a locksmith has already been dispatched to your location:
- Cancellation before dispatch: No charge.
- Cancellation after dispatch: 50% of the quoted unlocking price is payable.
- Customer unavailable on arrival: 50% of the quoted unlocking price is payable.
- Refusal of service after arrival: 50% of the quoted unlocking price is payable.
All Other Services
Where a technician has already been dispatched (key replacement, programming, ECU remapping, diagnostics, mobile mechanic):
- Cancellation before dispatch: No charge.
- Cancellation after dispatch: Up to £100 cancellation charge may apply.
- Customer unavailable on arrival: Up to £100 charge may apply.
- Refusal of service after arrival: Up to £100 charge may apply.
To cancel a booking, call 07312 826380 or WhatsApp the same number as soon as possible. Cancellations made before dispatch attract no charge.
