Step 1 — proof of ownership
V5 logbook + photo ID. No paperwork = no work. Protects you against vehicle theft.
Step 2 — read the immobiliser
Either via OBD (modern) or by removing the immobiliser ECU and reading the EEPROM on the bench (older / high-security cars).
Step 3 — generate a new key file
We extract the immobiliser data, generate a fresh transponder ID and write it into a blank key.
Step 4 — cut, program, test
Mechanical key cut from VIN, transponder programmed via OBD, all functions tested before handover. Most all-keys-lost jobs done in 2–3 hours mobile.
